As a member, your service requests are taken care of right away, moving you to the front of the line. Whether it’s an urgent repair or a planned renovation, we prioritize your job to ensure faster turnaround times.

Each new service call begins the service fee, then you are billed at a reduced hourly rate after that, plus any materials necessary for the job. We will provide an estimate of the time and cost prior to getting started.

Major renovations or work on your home will be formally quoted by a member of our team and provided to you for sign-off before work begins.

We service Cumberland, MD and surrounding areas within about a 50 mile radius. If you are concerned about your distance, please call us to discuss prior to signing up.

At the time of signup, you will purchase your HomePro Health Report for $99 and pay your first month for $40, bringing your total to $139. Every month after that is only $40, and you are free to cancel any time.

Our service fee is $100 which includes the first hour of work, and then $90 for each hour of work after that. Any material needed for the job will be shared with the homeowner with an expectation of price before the work is completed.
